Right off the bat, as a student assistant coach at Eastern Michigan University, Coach Lonnie knew that he had to create his own personal coaching brand. During coaching stops at Central Michigan University, Alma College, Grand Valley State University, Delta College and Northwood, Coach Lonnie dove two feet in on recruiting. Quite simply, he made it a quest to know every player in the state of Michigan. Coach Lonnie’s tips for young coaches on recruiting is a must listen!
